Black bean hummus recipeYields 1-1/2 cups
Ingredients:1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained2 green onions1/4 cup cilantro1 tablespoon tahini1 clove garlic1 teaspoon lime juice1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce1/4 teaspoon saltDash of crushed red pepper flakes2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more as neededDirections:- Combine beans, green onions, cilantro, tahini, garlic, lime juice, cumin, Sriracha, salt and red pepper flakes in a food processor. Pulse a few times to bring the ingredients together.Add olive oil and process until smooth. Add more olive oil to achieve your desired consistency.Serve with veggies or pita chips.
